The city of Baška Voda is located at the very heart of Dalmatia, on the coast of the Adriatic Sea. Land area of Baška Voda is 19,00km2 while the population is around 3000 inhabitants; municipality of Baška Voda also includes smaller settlements of Promajna, Krvavica and Bast.
This peaceful Dalmatian town used to be just a small settlement whose inhabitants engaged in traditional occupations – trading, seafaring, agriculture and fishing. However, today tourism is the primary source of income for this town.
